We only ever collect information when/if you press ‘Send Feedback’ on a Feedback Rocket dialog. Nothing is sent to our servers until/unless you press that button.

What information we collect

We collect the information you provide us in the Feedback Rocket dialog (which may be a free-text comment and/or an email address depending on the website owner’s dialog configuration) plus some additional metadata:

1. Your browser User Agent
2. An approximate location based on your IP address
3. The time when you submitted feedback

What else we track

Nothing.
